This policy explains how PEPTIQRA handles product pricing, quotations, wholesale offers, stock availability, website errors, quotation errors and order corrections.

Product prices, stock availability, shipping costs, wholesale tiers, promotional offers, product specifications, packaging options and quotation terms may change due to market conditions, manufacturing schedules, inventory status, exchange rates, shipping route changes, supplier adjustments, payment processing conditions or other business factors.
PEPTIQRA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information and quotations accurate. However, errors, delays, outdated information, display issues, inventory mismatches or communication mistakes may occur. This policy explains how such situations are handled.
Prices are subject to confirmation
Prices displayed on the website, shared through WhatsApp, provided by email, shown in product pages, listed in catalogs or included in quotations are provided for commercial reference and order communication. Unless an order has been accepted and confirmed by PEPTIQRA, prices may be updated, corrected or withdrawn.

Quotations may expire or be updated
Quotations provided by WhatsApp, email, invoice draft, product catalog or sales communication are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation is for reference only and may be updated before payment, order acceptance or shipment.

Stock is not guaranteed until order acceptance
Product availability may change quickly due to production schedules, batch release timing, supplier availability, quality-control review, customer reservations, bulk orders, shipping restrictions or compliance review. Website availability, catalog availability or sales communication may not always reflect real-time stock.

Right to correct mistakes
From time to time, the website, product pages, catalogs, messages, invoices, quotations or checkout systems may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, discounts, shipping charges, stock availability, product specifications, images, packaging, documents, lead time, delivery estimates or order terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, product prices do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, storage fees, local delivery fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, credit card issuer fees, currency conversion costs, international transaction fees or other third-party charges.

Different payment methods may affect final cost
The final amount payable may vary depending on the payment method selected. Website credit card payments and PayPal payment links may be processed through different payment service providers and may involve different fees, currency conversion rules, settlement timing or verification requirements.

PEPTIQRA may review product availability, price accuracy, shipping feasibility, payment verification, compliance risk and order details before accepting the order for processing.

Special availability arrangements
Some products may be temporarily out of stock, under production, pending batch release, pending quality-control review, reserved for another order or available only through special arrangement. Estimated lead times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Custom synthesis, private label, custom packaging, special batch requests, reserved production, large-volume orders and specially sourced products may require separate written confirmation, deposit, MOQ, production schedule, artwork confirmation, document requirements and cancellation terms.

- PEPTIQRA may refuse any custom or private label request that appears unlawful, misleading, high-risk or inconsistent with our policies.
Customers must verify order details before payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing product name, specification, quantity, price, shipping destination, payment method, documentation requirements, packaging requirements, shipping method, local compliance and other order details before submitting payment.
```- Customer ordering errors may not be eligible for cancellation, refund or replacement once processing, packing, documentation preparation or shipment has started.
- Customers should contact PEPTIQRA before payment if any product detail, quotation term, price, quantity or shipping term is unclear.
- By submitting payment, the customer confirms that the order details have been reviewed and are acceptable, subject to PEPTIQRA’s final order acceptance.
Relationship with other PEPTIQRA policies
This Pricing, Availability & Error Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any written order confirmation provided by PEPTIQRA.
