PEPTIQRA provides international shipping support for qualified research peptide orders. Please review our processing time, estimated delivery windows, customs responsibilities and delivery terms before placing an order.

All delivery timeframes listed on this page are estimated business-day transit windows based on normal shipping conditions. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may vary due to order verification, product availability, customs inspection, carrier operations, destination-country regulations, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order processing usually requires 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Estimated transit time begins only after the package has been dispatched and accepted by the carrier, not from the moment the order is placed.
International shipping timeframes
The following estimated delivery windows apply to standard international shipping routes under normal conditions. Business days exclude weekends, local public holidays, customs closure days and carrier non-working days.

Processing, verification and dispatch
Most confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may include payment verification, product availability confirmation, batch document preparation, packaging arrangement, shipping label creation and carrier handover.

Product Availability
Dispatch may be delayed if an item is temporarily unavailable, requires batch confirmation, or needs special packaging preparation. Customers will be notified when additional processing time is required.
Business Days
Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, carrier closure days and local non-working days in the origin, transit or destination country.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and may take time to refresh depending on carrier scanning schedules.
Customers are responsible for destination-country compliance
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import review, documentation checks, local taxes, duties, storage fees, brokerage fees or other destination-country requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered products may be legally imported, possessed, handled and used in their destination country before placing an order.

- Any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, brokerage fees or destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
- Delays caused by customs inspection, missing recipient information, local regulations or customer failure to respond to carrier/customs requests are not considered standard shipping delays caused by PEPTIQRA.
- If a shipment is delayed, held, returned, rejected or disposed of by customs due to destination-country restrictions or customer import non-compliance, PEPTIQRA will review the case based on available carrier/customs records and the specific order terms.
Address accuracy, failed delivery and carrier delays
```Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number and any required delivery details. PEPTIQRA is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer-provided information.
Carrier or Final-Mile Delay
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates depend on the carrier and local delivery network. Carrier delays, route changes, scanning delays or final-mile delivery issues may occur and are outside our direct control.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, refusal, failure to provide required information or failure to cooperate with the carrier, additional delivery time, return costs or reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Abnormal Tracking
If tracking shows no reasonable movement for an extended period, customers may contact us for assistance. We will help check available carrier information, but investigation time and final determination depend on the carrier or logistics provider.
Secure packaging for international transport
PEPTIQRA uses secure packaging methods suitable for international shipping. Packaging method may vary depending on product type, quantity, destination, route and order requirements. For sensitive products or special handling requirements, customers should confirm packaging needs with our team before placing an order.

PEPTIQRA is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, customs inspection, regulatory review, carrier disruption, incorrect customer information, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, labor strikes, transportation restrictions, local delivery suspension, pandemic-related disruptions, war, civil unrest or other force majeure events.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping updates and available carrier information. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, customs release times, final-mile delivery timing or regulatory outcomes in the destination country.
