  • The customer will comply with all applicable laws, customs rules, import rules, tax rules, licensing requirements, professional requirements, advertising rules, platform rules and downstream distribution rules.
  • The customer understands that PEPTIQRA does not provide medical advice, dosage guidance, treatment advice, personal-use instructions, regulatory advice, legal advice or customs advice.

7. Reseller and Distributor Responsibility

Customers who purchase products for resale, distribution, private label, online sale, wholesale supply or downstream business use are responsible for all downstream legal, regulatory, advertising, labeling, packaging, customer support and product-claim obligations.

8. Prohibited Buyers and Transactions
